What Renewit Removes
Oxidation is the primary cause of faded, dull paint on older vehicles. UV exposure breaks down paint pigments and clear coat chemistry progressively, producing a cloudy, chalky appearance that washing can't address. Renewit's polishing abrasives remove the oxidized surface layer, revealing the fresh, clear paint underneath. Light scratches that haven't penetrated through the clear coat into the base coat also respond to Renewit's abrasives, which level the clear coat surface around the scratch to restore an even, scratch-free appearance.
Water spots from mineral deposits left by evaporating water are another target for Renewit. Mineral deposits from hard water can etch into clear coat over time if not addressed, and the polish's abrasives remove the surface etching while the gloss-enhancing agents in the formula restore the clear coat appearance.
How to Apply
Apply a small amount of Renewit to a foam applicator pad or polishing pad. Work into the paint surface with circular motions or machine polisher passes. Allow the polish to break down as you work it into the surface. Buff off residue with a clean microfiber towel to reveal the polished finish. Repeat on sections with heavy oxidation.
After polishing with Renewit, protect the restored paint with Super Seal Paint Sealant to prevent re-oxidation. For ongoing surface maintenance, use Show Room Auto Detail Spray after each wash to maintain the polished appearance.
