Shipping & Delivery

At PG Auto Hub, we want your shipping experience to be as smooth as the products you order. We ship across the United States and aim to get your wheels and car care products to you quickly, safely, and with full tracking from the moment your order leaves our facility. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing takes place Monday through Friday and excludes weekends and federal holidays. During this period, our team verifies your order details, confirms product availability and vehicle fitment, and prepares your items for dispatch. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that high-demand periods, promotional sales, and holiday seasons may extend processing times slightly; if any significant delay affects your order, we will contact you directly.

Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times reflect transit only and do not include the 1–3 business day processing window described above. Most customers receive their orders within approximately 4–8 business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on your location, carrier volume, and weather or other conditions outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery destination. Any available free-shipping promotions and their eligibility requirements will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout before you complete your purchase. The final shipping cost for your order will always be shown on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email, so there are no surprises after you buy.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (UPS.com). Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, or if your tracking number does not update for several days, please reach out to us at contact@pgautohub.com and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Coverage

We ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories outside the 50 states. All orders are shipped from US-based warehouses. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including any apartment, unit, or suite number, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have been handed to the carrier. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized items such as wheels; if this affects your order, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, or a failure to collect the shipment, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for packages that need to be resent due to an address error on the order. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package every order to protect it during transit. If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives and, before installing or using any product, report any visible damage to the packaging or the items inside as soon as possible. To help us resolve your claim quickly, email contact@pgautohub.com or call (609) 629-7583 with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
