At PG Auto Hub, a DBA (Doing Business As) of PG Services LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality automotive wheels and car care products with a transparent return and refund process. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately after delivery and before installation or use. If your shipment arrives incomplete, damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Important: Any product that has been installed, mounted, used, or modified will not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and included parts.
- The product must not show any signs of installation, wear, damage, or modification.
- Return authorization must be obtained from our customer support team before shipping the item back.
For wheel purchases, we strongly recommend test-fitting one wheel before mounting tires. Once tires are mounted, the wheels become non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been installed, mounted, used, or modified
- Items returned without prior return authorization
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that are incomplete, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
- Special order or custom-made items (if applicable)
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account after approval, depending on your payment provider.
If the returned product is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging or lack of shipping insurance, the refund may be partially reduced or denied.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product condition and stock availability.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team first to obtain authorization. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the exchange is due to our mistake or a defective product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
