Safe Wheel Cleaner on Chrome
Chrome plating is more sensitive than it looks. While it's a hard surface, acidic or strongly alkaline cleaners can dull the finish with repeated use, and the physical agitation required with harsh products leaves micro-scratches over time. Safe Wheel Cleaner is a non-acidic formula that chemically breaks down brake dust, road film, and surface contamination without requiring the aggressive scrubbing that damages chrome. The result is a clean chrome surface ready for polishing without any intermediate damage from the cleaning process.
Wheel Polish: Restoring Chrome Clarity
Chrome wheels develop a cloudy, dull appearance from oxidation, water spots, heat exposure, and microscopic surface contamination that cleaning alone can't remove. Wheel Polish contains fine abrasives that level the surface by removing that thin oxidized layer, along with corrosion, tarnish, and water mineral deposits. The wax and natural oils in the formula then seal the freshly polished chrome surface, giving it a deep, reflective shine and protection against future oxidation and contamination bonding.
Apply a small amount of Wheel Polish to a soft applicator pad and work in circular motions over the chrome surface. The polish will go on with slight resistance and lighten as you work. Buff off with a clean microfiber to reveal the polished chrome underneath. Repeat on any sections with stubborn oxidation or water spotting.
